Wholesale FAQs
Yes. Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and are clearly listed in our wholesale order form. Most pieces start from a MOQ of 1–4 units, depending on the item. We aim to keep things flexible so you can curate a range that fits your space.
We offer soft exclusivity based on location, store type, and existing partnerships. If you're interested in exclusivity, please include your postcode and business type in your application, we're happy to chat about what’s possible.
Once confirmed, most wholesale orders are packed and shipped within 10-15 business days. All items are dispatched from Melbourne, and we’ll send tracking as soon as they’re on the way. For larger or custom orders, we’ll confirm timing upon approval.
