We’re Danielle and Rocco, partners in life, design and the story behind Insieme.

Our business started during our first home renovation. We had a few stone offcuts that we didn’t want to throw away, so we made coasters out of them. What began as a small, thoughtful gesture quickly turned into an idea we couldn’t shake: what if we could create a range of handcrafted pieces that turned everyday moments into something more?

United by our love for design and craftsmanship, we launched Insieme, a Melbourne-based homewares brand creating hand-cut terrazzo serveware from pure Italian stone. Every piece is made to order, purposefully designed, and built to be used, shared, and loved for life.

Why terrazzo?

To us, terrazzo is more than just beautiful. It’s symbolic. Each piece is made by combining many fragments into a stronger whole, just like a home, a family, or a moment shared around the table. Every colourway in our collection carries its own story. And just like no two families are the same, no two of our pieces are either.

Our philosophy
