Currently, we ship within Australia. We will be considering adding more countries in the near future. For further information please see below.

We offer standard shipping nationwide at a flat rate of $10 or free for orders over $100.

Please note, that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Purchases are dispatched within 10 working days unless advised otherwise.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note, that large orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Cancellations

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see a “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items. Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise. To see if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.

Returns 

We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product/s on your order please find the information below. 

30 day returns

We accept returns within a 30-day time-frame from the original purchase date subject to the following conditions.

  • The item(s) must be returned and received by us within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • The item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received and returned in its original packaging, unused with original tags/stickers attached.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, please email contact@insiemehomewares.com.au for a return address. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item if it's due to a change of mind. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on location, the delivery of your exchanged product/s may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and have processed your refund. Your refund will be made directly via Shopify to your original payment method.

Sale items

Please note sale items cannot be refunded, only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email contact@insiemehomewares.com.au. 

Faulty or incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, or if you have been delivered the incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are obligated to offer you a replacement (if that stock is available) or a refund if the stock is not available. Upon receipt of the item(s) back at our warehouse, a replacement/refund will be issued.
