Hire Terms & Conditions
When you book and pay for our hiring or styling services, please note the following terms and conditions.
Minimum hire
Our hire is structured through curated styling sets. Individual item hire is not available.
Hire period
Our standard hire operates across a multi-day booking window (typically Thursday–Monday), allowing pieces to be used across one or multiple setups within that period. Specific timing for delivery and collection is coordinated based on event requirements and access.
Late returns outside of the agreed window may incur additional fees.
Security bond
A security bond is required for all hire bookings. This is fully refundable provided all items are returned in their original condition.
The bond acts as protection against loss, damage, or breakage. Any applicable costs will be deducted, with any remaining balance refunded within 48 hours of return.
If costs exceed the bond amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced.
Delivery and collection
We offer delivery and collection across Melbourne metro, with all logistics coordinated based on your event and venue requirements. All hire includes cleaning and reset between uses. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, complex access, or out-of-hours scheduling.
Cleaning
All standard cleaning is included as part of the hire. Where items are returned in a condition requiring excessive cleaning or restoration, additional fees may apply.
Loss or damage
All items remain the responsibility of the client for the duration of the hire period. Any loss, damage, or breakage will be assessed and charged at replacement value. This may be deducted from the security bond, with any remaining balance invoiced separately.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the hire period.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Curated Sets
All hire is provided as curated styling sets rather than individual items.
Pieces are selected and balanced based on the scale and requirements of each setup to ensure a cohesive and elevated outcome.
Specific items may vary depending on availability, event needs, and overall composition.
Styling & Composition
We reserve the right to adjust the mix of pieces within each set to ensure a balanced and visually cohesive result.
Cancellations & Changes
The 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your booking. Final balance is due 14 days prior to the hire period. Changes or reductions to bookings must be made prior to this time. Cancellations or changes within 14 days of the hire period are non-refundable.
